Our Engineering and Thermoforming Group develops a design concept for your package on our CAD system. A one-of-a-kind prototype mold is produced and samples are presented. FCP then works through the design with you, until we have your final approval.
Our in-house CNC machining centers run around the clock creating the custom tooling, and the aluminum molds required. When you are happy with the design and tooling process, we move on to produce your package. With pre-run and post-run production inspections, FCP guarantees the quality of your package through the entire process.
