Our Engineering & Thermoforming Group develops a design concept for your package on a state-of-the-art CAD system. A 3-D laser scanner creates a precise and accurate image of your product to ensure proper sizing and package fit. A prototype mold is produced and samples are presented for approval. Rapid prototyping is available with delivery in as few as three days.

In-house CNC machining centers operate around the clock creating the custom tooling and aluminum molds required before final production of your package. With pre-run and post-run production inspections, FCP guarantees quality throughout the process.
