Contract Packaging – Fast, Accurate, Cost-Effective

Bagging
FCP offers both Form-Fill-Seal and pre-made bagging, designed for the retail and industrial markets, as well as non-contact food products. Assembly into secondary packaging is also available. Bags are available in a variety of sizes. Please ask your sales representative for more information.

Form-Fill-Seal Bags
Bags are continuously formed around a tube. The product is automatically dropped in and bags are sealed at both ends simultaneously. This method is primarily used for larger volume runs.

Pre-Made Bags
These bags arrive sealed at one end. Your product is sorted, counted, measured, and automatically dropped into the bag and sealed. This method is generally used for smaller runs.

Skin Packaging
Two semi-automatic skin packaging lines heat-seal and die-cut packages up to 18” x 24” or 30” x 36”. This packaging method requires less initial cost than a blister pack, and can accommodate products in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Shrink-Wrap Packaging
This fully-automatic shrink-wrap packaging line is used especially for discount “bonus” or “multi-packs”, typically found in warehouse or wholesale club facilities. An additional aerosol can, boxed product or bottle can be “wrapped” to a primary product quickly, easily and economically.

Display Building & Assembly
FCP will help you design, build and load these promotional displays for mass merchandisers. PVC display trays can be loaded inside the corrugated display housing to keep your product organized.

Security EAS Source Tagging
Your choice of sensormatic plastic tags or checkpoint paper printed circuit boards. Both are hand or semi-automatically applied, and are deactivated at the register during checkout.
